4. Shipping and availability

- Orders subject to acceptance and availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time we attempt to process the order (In such cases full refund or alternate items will be dispatched as per customer’s discretion)

- Shipment Time: All delivery orders successfully received by us from the users, are usually dispatched within a period between 2 to 3 working days, provided such products are available in stock with us.

- RTO/ Un-delivered shipment : We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to Origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided / Door locked at the delivery. Refunds will be processed (excluding the shipping charges, RTO charges and [if any] COD charges) only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to be borne by the customer

- Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

- All Refunds to your original payment method will be initiated within 24 hours and it may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

- Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Whenever you place an order with us for any product, we ship and deliver your products through our third-party delivery service provider to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner.
