1. General Terms
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Zainic store website (“www.zainicstore.com”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. At the time of delivery
Before accepting the delivery, please check the package for any visible damage. If the package appears damaged, tampered or opened: Kindly refuse the delivery stating the valid reason.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. All Return / Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns / Exchanges are only accepted only if:
- If the product you received is entirely different from what you ordered.
 - If the product is received in a damaged condition.
 - If there is a size issue (applicable only for rings).
 
And to qualify
- You must record a full unboxing video showing the parcel being opened (Starting from the opening of the shipping cover)
 - The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
 - The video must be taken within 24 hours of receiving the order.
 - The product must be shown in the same condition as received.
 - If the product is damaged or an item is missing, this video is essential. Without it, no return or exchange will be processed.
 
Why This Policy Exists
- Protect customers by encouraging careful documentation.
 - Protect the business from fraudulent claims.
 - Ensure a fair and transparent process for handling disputes.
 - The store explicitly states that single images of damaged items are not sufficient—they can’t verify authenticity without a full video.
 
4. Contact Method:
Return or exchange requests must be made exclusively via email to contactus@zainicstore.com and / or on whatsup @+91 9363132343 within 24 hours of the delivery with their order number as subject. (Example : Return request for Order ID : xxxxx)
5. Response Time:
Our dedicated team will respond to your query within 72 hours. Additional details may be required to process your request
6. Return Process
- Upon approval of your return request, a return shipping label and instructions for return will be provided.
 - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was missing/ different, damaged or defective.
 - A return pickup request will be raised by us, however, in the rare instance when a reverse shipping service is unavailable, the customer would have to return the products in its original packaging to our address.
 
7. Replacement or Refund:
- Upon receiving the damaged item, our team will inspect it. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement.
 - However, if the exact product is not available, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 24 hours after receiving the item and it may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
 
8. COD / Partial COD:
COD: If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be restricted from using cash on delivery as a payment mode for all future purchases.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) The advance payment made under the Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option is non-refundable. This applies even if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch, or
 - The parcel is refused at the time of delivery.
 - This advance is not a deposit toward the product but a processing fee that covers order handling, inventory reservation, packaging, and logistics coordination—all of which begin as soon as your order is confirmed.
 
9. Non-Eligible Returns:
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer. (Any fraudulent or abusive return activity will result in the denial of future services)
 - Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.
 - Complimentary gifts included with your order are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are provided on a goodwill basis.
 
10. Product Disclaimer
- Differences in screen resolutions, lighting, and photography may also affect how the product appears online vs. in-person.
 - Therefore minor colour variations are not considered valid for return / Exchanges.
